By purchasing a subscription to our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Types
Secure Shield Manager offers the following subscription options:
2.1 Weekly Subscriptions
- 1 Week Subscription: $9.99 USD
- 2 Week Subscription: $9.99 USD
- 3 Week Subscription with Trial: $8.99 USD
- 4 Week Subscription: $8.99 USD
2.2 Free Trial
Some subscriptions may include a free trial period. During the trial period, you can use all premium features without charge. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Apple App Store Refunds
Since Secure Shield Manager is distributed through the Apple App Store, all refund requests must be processed through Apple's refund system. We cannot process refunds directly.
3.2 Refund Timeframes
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your request:
- Within 24 hours: Full refund available through Apple
- Within 7 days: Refund may be available depending on usage
- After 7 days: Refunds generally not available
3.3 Valid Refund Reasons
Refunds may be considered for the following reasons:
- Technical issues preventing app functionality
- Unauthorized purchase (must be reported immediately)
- Duplicate charges
- App not working as described
- Accidental purchase
4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund through Apple:

- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Secure Shield Manager purchase
- Select "Request a refund"
- Choose a reason and submit your request
4.2 Through iPhone/iPad Settings
- Open Settings on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Media & Purchases"
- Tap "View Account"
- Tap "Purchase History"
- Find Secure Shield Manager and tap "Report a Problem"

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find Secure Shield Manager
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
5.2 Cancellation Effects
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your subscription will not auto-renew
- You can resubscribe at any time
5.3 Immediate Cancellation
If you want to cancel immediately and request a refund:
- Cancel your subscription first
- Then request a refund through Apple
- Your access will end immediately upon refund approval
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions used for more than 7 days
- Subscriptions where significant features have been used
- Refunds requested after subscription has expired
- Refunds for promotional or discounted subscriptions
- Refunds for subscriptions purchased more than 90 days ago
7. Processing Times
Refund processing times vary:
- Apple Review: 1-3 business days
- Bank Processing: 3-10 business days
- Credit Card: 1-3 business days
- PayPal: 1-5 business days
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company:
- We will investigate the claim
- We may suspend your account during investigation
- We will provide evidence to your financial institution
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension
9. Special Circumstances
9.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the app:

- We will work to resolve the issue
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we may assist with refund requests
9.2 Family Sharing
For Family Sharing subscriptions:
- Refunds must be requested by the family organizer
- All family members will lose access upon refund
- Individual family members cannot request refunds

Special promotional offers may have different refund terms. Check the specific terms of any promotional offer before purchasing.
10. International Refunds
For international users:
- Refunds are processed in the original currency
